Interactive classes will change how you prepare for labor, birth, and parenting. Thru using multi-sensory approaches, you will learn to:

- create a pain coping mindset,
- help parents understand ways to shorten labor,
- teach the compassionate use of drugs and interventions as well as the pros and cons of those decisions, assist the birth mom and her partner discover (or rediscover) coping skills and inner resources that can be used in labor.
